ROOTED IN Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. James 1:19 (NLT) (And be slow to take offense).
MY APPROACH
Relationships and patterns are brain-based patterns.
With my signature framework—exclusively tailored for couples, parents, and families—I uniquely help clients develop awareness and apply brain-based solutions. This deepens connections, restores trust, and strengthens relationships from the inside out.
BRAINSPOTTING
Somatic Therapy
Healing Through Processing Trauma
Sometimes the deepest wounds and sources of distress are held beyond words. Brainspotting is a powerful brain-mind-body based therapeutic approach that helps access and process the neurological and physiological roots of emotional pain, trauma, and dysregulation. By identifying specific eye positions, or “brainspots,” we can access areas where unresolved experiences may be stored in the nervous system, allowing the brain, mind, and body to move toward healing and integration.
Brainspotting can be especially helpful when traditional talk therapy alone has not fully resolved emotional distress or recurring patterns.
Areas of Focus Include:
✔️ Trauma and post-traumatic stress responses
✔️ Grief, loss, and unresolved emotional pain
✔️ Anxiety, depression, and chronic stress
✔️ Emotional regulation and nervous system healing
✔️ Performance blocks, burnout, and creative or professional stagnation
✔️ Attachment wounds and relational trauma
✔️ Persistent patterns that have not responded to insight alone
✔️ Strengthening resilience and supporting deeper emotional integration
Brainspotting honors the brain’s natural capacity to heal and allows processing to occur at a depth that often extends beyond conscious awareness, fostering greater emotional freedom, balance, and wholeness.
Brainspotting is a clinically guided therapeutic service and may be provided as a standalone session or integrated into ongoing therapy.
Understand this, my beloved brothers and sisters.
Let everyone be quick to hear [be a careful, thoughtful listener],
slow to speak [a speaker of carefully chosen words and],
slow to anger [patient, reflective, forgiving]; James 1:19 (AMP)
