Monica M Madden

my passion is empowering people to overcome brain and mental health challenges to elevate themselves to feel better and live healthier.

I am an author born and raised in Ohio, residing here with my home-schooled teenage artist, who published a coloring book. Beyond my family life, my journey has been a rich tapestry of education and certifications in communications and leadership with Maxwell Leadership, Certified and licensed to educate in Brain Health under Dr. Daniel Amen, Neurolinguistics and Hypnotherapy. All of my studies have been to understand human behavior and connections. My passion has led me to work on a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy.

In my private practice, I work with (families) -teens to help them self-regulate and with parents to help them connect and have better relationships. I also work with people who look to have a happier and healthier lifestyle by taking out household assassins and optimizing their brains.

A part of my journey has been overcoming 40 years of history of anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, which included suicidal thoughts that started when I was six years old. The tools and techniques I picked up during nine years of intentional learning and growing this six-week journey will give you the tools it took me nine years to learn and implement. I continue to enhance my mental and physical well-being using the tools you will learn throughout this journey. This guided journey is scientifically proven to help people overcome, just like I did.

How is the 6-week journey delivered?

There are six weeks of live interactive Zoom calls.

What if I can’t make the calls?

While being there live is always best, the calls will be recorded and you will have access to it within 48 hours.

How long will the replays be available?

The replays will be available for 30 days after the last session.

Can I tell a family or friend?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring someone you know. Ensure that they include your name when they check out the section “Who can we thank for inviting you on this journey?”

What happens if I don’t feel better at the end of the 6-weeks?

While we would love for you to feel 100% better at the end of 6-weeks, everyone overcomes at their own pace. As we begin to overcome, many factors play a part in our overcoming and healing process, such as how much time each person puts into the journey and exercises, brain health, physical health, and how much you believe that you will get better and this journey will work for you.

Are refunds available?

Once we begin the journey, refunds will not be issued because this is a digital/virtual program, and you will have the material and access to the program three days before the start date.
