MY APPROACH

Healing is architecturally designed — starting from within

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide therapeutic services for parents, couples, and families seeking support with emotional well-being, relational challenges, and self-exploration. My approach integrates brain health science, evidence-based therapy, and language to help clients move from survival to dominion.

Using my signature Relational Language Architecture™ framework, I help clients develop awareness and apply intentional language to create deeper connection, restore trust, and strengthen relationships — from the inside out.

    COACHING

    Integrative Coaching

Results-Driven Coaching for the Whole Person

You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from structured support. Coaching provides a goal-oriented, growth-focused experience for individuals who are ready to close the gap between where they are and where they know they’re called to be. Drawing from NLP, DISC, brain health principles, and the MADD Method™, this work helps you identify the patterns, language, and beliefs that are quietly running your life — and replace them with intentional ones.

    What we work on together:

✔️  Identifying and interrupting self-limiting patterns and thought cycles

✔️  Developing language that aligns with your goals and identity

✔️  Building emotional intelligence and self-leadership skills

✔️  Clarifying personal vision, values, and purpose-driven goals

✔️  Applying the MADD Method™ to map, disrupt, and declare a new way forward

Coaching is an educational, non-clinical service and does not constitute therapy or establish a therapeutic relationship.

    BRAINSPOTTING

    Somatic Therapy

Healing What Words Alone Cannot Reach

Some pain lives deeper than language. Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body based therapeutic approach that accesses the deeper neurological and physiological sources of emotional pain, trauma, and dysregulation. By locating where you hold distress in your visual field, we are able to process what the nervous system has stored — often from experiences that were never fully integrated.

    Brainspotting is particularly effective for:

✔️ Trauma and post-traumatic stress responses

✔️ Grief, loss, and unresolved emotional pain

✔️ Performance blocks and creative or professional stagnation

✔️ Anxiety, depression, and chronic emotional dysregulation

✔️ Relational wounds that haven’t responded to talk therapy alone

Brainspotting is a clinically-guided therapeutic service. It is provided as part of an established therapeutic relationship and is not available as a standalone session.

      HYPNOSIS

      Hypnotherapy

Rewiring the Root — Not Just the Response

Most people work hard to change their behavior on the surface — without ever addressing the subconscious programming driving it. Hypnotherapy creates a state of focused, relaxed awareness that allows us to access and gently reshape the beliefs, narratives, and emotional responses stored beneath conscious thought. This is not stage hypnosis. This is precision work, rooted in neuroscience and delivered with clinical integrity.

Hypnotherapy supports transformation in areas such as:

✔️ Breaking entrenched habits and self-sabotaging behaviors

✔️ Releasing fear, phobias, and anxiety at the subconscious level

✔️ Strengthening self-concept, confidence, and identity

      ✔️ Processing emotional regulation

✔️ Supporting relaxation and nervous system regulation

Clinical hypnotherapy is offered within the context of an established therapeutic relationship. Nonclinical hypnosis methods are available through coaching programs for non-therapy clients.

      HOW IT WORKS

      From first contact
      to lasting change

Every therapeutic relationship begins with intention. Here’s what you can expect when you take that first brave step.

      01

      Request a Consult

Complete the 15-minute consultation request form. This helps me understand where you are and what you’re hoping to experience through therapy.

      02

      Consultation Call

We connect briefly to ensure good fit. I’ll answer your questions and share a bit about my approach and what working together would look like.

      03

      Intake & Assessment

Once we agree to work together, we complete a thorough intake process — gathering the full picture of your history, goals, and relational context.

      04

      Begin the Work

Collaborative, clinically-guided sessions begin. We build a plan rooted in your truth — with space for insight, healing, and sustainable transformation.

      CLINICAL ASSESSMENTS

      Understanding your relational blueprint

Assessments are a clinically-guided deep dive — not a checklist. Whether for a family or a couple, the goal is to illuminate the relational patterns, communication styles, and brain health factors that are shaping your experience.

What you discover through an assessment becomes the foundation for intentional, lasting change. Because you can’t redesign what you haven’t yet seen clearly.

      Family Health Assessment

For families navigating disconnection, repeated conflict, or relational strain across generations.

      Couples Health Assessment

For couples seeking clarity on their dynamic — whether in crisis or building toward something stronger.
