Parenting Children
Living with ADHD/ADD
A Support Group for Parents Who Want More Than Survival Mode
Parenting a child with ADHD is one of the most demanding, disorienting, and deeply loving things a parent can do. It stretches you in ways no one prepared you for, and too often, it leaves you running on empty, wondering what you’re missing and why nothing seems to work.
The questions that keep you up at night might sound like this:
Why does my child shut down the moment I ask something simple?
Why does our home feel like a battlefield, and why am I always the one losing?
How do I stop reacting and start connecting?
Is it possible to support my child without completely losing myself?
You are not alone in this, and you are not failing.
ADHD doesn’t just affect your child’s brain. It reshapes the entire family system — the rhythms, the communication, the emotional climate of your home. Understanding that changes everything. And that is exactly where this space begins.
Parenting Children Living with ADHD is a supportive parent group designed to help parents better understand their child’s brain, behavior, emotions, and nervous system, while also learning how to regulate themselves, respond with confidence, and create more structure at home.
This group is for parents who want:
practical tools; emotional support; a better way to parent children living with ADHD without shame, blame, or constant power struggles; to feel more confident, supported, and less alone in your parenting journey.
We cover:
Brain health & ADHD education
Understand what is actually happening in your child’s brain — and why that knowledge changes how you respond.
Communication & connection
Learn language that reaches your child — strategies that build trust instead of resistance.
Parent emotional regulation
You cannot pour from an empty cup. Explore practical tools to manage your own nervous system so you can show up more grounded.
Behavior & routine building
Create structure that works for an ADHD brain — routines that reduce conflict and replace the daily power struggle with predictability.
“Every topic in this group was chosen with one question in mind: what does this parent need to move from reacting to leading — and from surviving to dominion?”
— Monica M. Madden, MS, LMFT · Certified Brain Health Clinician

What is the refund policy?
Because each cohort is intentionally small, every seat carries weight — for you and for the parents who may be waiting to join. If you need to cancel, refund requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the cohort start date. Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method used at registration.
After the two-week cutoff, refunds are not available. However, we want to make sure your investment still works for you. If life shifts unexpectedly, you may transfer your seat to another parent or roll your registration forward to the next available cohort. To request a refund, transfer, or cohort change, please contact us directly at info@monicaMMadden.com. We will do our best to find a solution that honors your commitment to showing up.
